  1. Navigate to https://glenda.gm.com/identityiq72/home.jsf
  2. Click on “Manage User Access”
  3. Search for your name, or the name of the person for which you are requesting, and check the box for your name. Then click “Next”.
  4. Next, this will take you to a “Review and Submit” Page. Before submitting you are required to enter a Business Justification for why you need access to this role. Click on the little message blurb outlined in red below to enter a business justification. a. You can use the following for your business justification – “I need access to this role in order to view the eCommerce Intelligence Hub reports.”
  5. Finally, click Submit! Your request is normally approved within a day or two.
