Listed below are the Labor Relations applications:

  1. Hourly Communication Channel (HCC) supports over 60 U.S. assembly plants with nearly 50,000 hourly workers and focuses on key modules; Vacation Scheduling, Required to Run (RTR), Job Instruction Training (JIT), Individual Performance Tracking (IPT), among others. The application relies on a data feed from Kronos for key modules to function appropriately.

  2. Web Based Suggestions (WBS) is a key application in the continuous improvement of products, services, and processes. This promotes teamwork and invites total workforce involvement. Through an effective suggestion plan employee suggestions are thoroughly investigated with respect, in a timely manner, providing fair and equitable recognition. This application is used by US hourly and salaried employees.

  3. Negotiations Tracking System (NTS) is used to collect, define, and manage Management Initiatives and Union Demands. This application is used by US Labor Relations Team.

  4. Contract Language is an automated SharePoint site developed in-house; this application will be used by US and Canada negotiations. This is a critical application which manages the contract language changes and produces the final agreements

  5. Global Labor Professional’s Dashboard is used by Labor and Finance Teams globally for creating, reviewing, and approving proposals.
