All requests to access GM data must be reviewed and approved by GM’s privacy team via the Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) tool. GM’s PIA tool helps to identify, assess, and mitigate privacy risks associated with a particular product or service—especially when it collects, uses, stores, or shares personal data.   • Logistics Operations and Analytics Database includes finished vehicle supplementary network and analytics data used for critical business reporting of forecasted budgets, future capacity planning and "what if" analysis for short-term diversion planning.
  • Material Operational Decision Support (MODS) reports and dashboards provide plant operations, material logistics suppliers and purchasing with hourly, daily or weekly part requirements based on DUNS, MGO historical schedule information and part quantities on-hand, in-transit and planned vs expected. This data is of particular need for the stakeholders during launch planning.
